This fixture is designed to allow emergency responders unload and overturned
tank through a capped 3" NPT clean-out without spillage of the product. The
fixture permits the removal of the clean-out cap and product discharge through
proper hoses to the level of the clean-out cap. Comes in stainless steel only
with one Viton gasket. Addition gaskets and stainless 2" ball valve and male
Kamlock fitting sold seperately.
